Incredible $30 Map-Making Humble Bundle Represents a Virtual Tabletop GM's Dream
Following a brief run back in April, the Map Making Mega Bundle is back for a limited time that lasts through early December. Described as an extensive collection of mapping tools created by ProFantasy Software throughout their history, the complete package carries a value of more than thirteen hundred dollars. And there are three different bundles available here.
The Main Attraction
The big draw is definitely a lifetime license to the CC3+ software, an industry-standard mapping application which enables users to generate various types including fantasy overworld maps, smaller regional maps, city maps, and, perhaps most importantly, tactical combat environments.

Entry Level
The most affordable option, at a minimum cost of $1, includes only four of the 39 total items: Symbol Set 1: Fantasy Overland, Token Treasury: Monsters 1, Source Maps: Castles!, and Source Maps: Cities!. This package suits existing CC3+ users, yet it provides fresh fantasy design elements for landscape mapping, more than 750 monster tokens compatible with online gaming platforms, more than two dozen top-down castle layouts including hundreds of map markers, eight fully mapped cities, plus seventy-plus building interiors.
Mid-Range Option
The eight-product collection starting at fifteen dollars offers enhanced value by adding in permanent CC3+ access, the first Annual volume, Ultimate Mapping Guidebook, Isometric Cities Symbol Pack. The Annual represents the yearly bundle from ProFantasy's ongoing subscription program featuring multiple CC3+ enhancements including map packs and various other tools. Isometric Cities lets you display cities with an extra dimension with isometric views from multiple angles. Meanwhile, the Mapping Tome is a 760-page for beginners and "power users" alike, packed with guidance and instructions for the map-making process.

Every volume from the Annual series come with this bundle, plus numerous additional tools and content that can help users craft complete solar systems, or just go all-in on traditional fantasy world-building: battle maps, dungeons, urban centers, and land masses from almost any perspective. You can even design character portraits. For $30 as opposed to $15, the full bundle is so worth it, particularly for mappers who have only the annual CC3+ license seeking permanent licensing. But it's obviously an even better deal for cartography beginners considering you even get the beginners' tutorials to help you get started. The one caveat here though you can redeem the deal across platforms, the software is only usable on Windows.
Philanthropic Aspect
As with other Humble Bundles, a portion of each sale goes to benefit a nonprofit. For this one, that's Save the Children, established in 1919 by Eglantyne Jebb focused on improving the lives of children worldwide via educational programs, medical services, and crisis response. Package customization options is toward the top of the page, though users may also choose any amount for a donation in the right-hand section. There's also an "Adjust Donation" drop-down just below that, allowing you to adjust the distribution percentage goes to Humble, Profantasy, and Save the Children.
